Medication reminders · iPhone
Care shows what has to be done today and reminds you at the time you choose. Large buttons, short sentences, no sign-up.
A day planner and an alarm clock for medications and doctor visits — nothing more complicated than that.
Every dose and every doctor visit appears on one screen in order of time, and a single tap marks a dose as taken.
Notifications carry the name and the dose. You can confirm or postpone a dose straight from the lock screen.
Every form is supported — pills, drops, injections, ointments, syrups — with a flexible schedule and a link to mealtimes.
Visit reminders that carry the specialist, the clinic address and a note about what to bring with you.
Pulse and blood pressure are recorded in seconds and the history is kept, and steps are counted automatically.
The interface is built to be read without glasses: large type, high contrast, big tap targets and nothing extra on the screen.
No sign-up, no ads, no third-party servers, no analytics. All data is stored on your device and nowhere else.
The questions we get asked most often.
Open Settings → Notifications → Care and allow notifications, sounds and banners. Then check that Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode is not switched on, and that the sound is not muted.
No. Care opens straight to the main screen — there is no login, no password and no email to confirm.
Only on your iPhone. Care has no server, so nothing is uploaded anywhere. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, the records travel with that backup.
Profile → Delete account. It erases every medication, visit and health record on the device at once, and the action cannot be undone.
From Apple Health, only after you grant permission, and only to show them on the Health screen. Care does not write your steps anywhere else.

Care is a day planner and an alarm clock, not a medical adviser. It does not diagnose, does not choose or calculate doses and does not replace a doctor’s advice. Only your doctor decides on medication, dose and course length. If you feel unwell, seek medical help.
